Based on our bestselling Swing Dress, The Dawn Dress has the addition of a straight sleeve, with the same short bodice leading to opulent gathers that hang from the bust to create a full skirt with a LOT of swing! A dropped armhole means this one is super comfy, and it has roomy side pockets too! With these double-sided gauze fabrics it is hard to resist the lure of using BOTH - selecting this fabric will automatically be cut with this contrast unless specified otherwise (I will happily make in just one check or the other!)

As this garment is a loose fit it is the bust measurement that determines what size you should select.
I wear a small in the standard length in the navy gingham double gauze.
Jo wears the 3XL swing dress in cerise linen in the long length.

XS - Bust: 43.5”
S - Bust: 46”
M - Bust: 48”

5XL - Bust: 75.5”
Custom: I am always happy to cut to your custom measurements if you do not fit to one of the sizes above or think you may be in between two. Just select this option when you go to order and I will be in touch in a day or two to discuss your custom size!
Please note that these are approximate measurements and may vary slightly here and there as every garment is made by hand.

Machine wash at 30, air dry (do not tumble dry), and iron on “cotton”. Some colours may fade slightly, so keep separate from other garments for first wash.
